BETHNAL GREEN, LONDON
REPTON BOXING CLUB
BG Glazing Group worked in collaboration with Seeco at the world-famous Repton Boxing Club. We completely removed the existing roof components including all glazing bars and Georgian Wire Cast glass. We then installed new aluminium glazing bars into the existing opening and re-glazed with new 7mm Georgian Wire Cast which is not only a durable product but also ensures a 30-minute integrity fire rating. The duration of the work was 5 months overall with planned time slots to allow the club to function fully.
Brewer Street, Soho
SNOG
Snog are just about London’s best-known frozen yogurt brand, with their stores popping all over the city from St John’s Wood to Covent Garden and from Knightsbridge to Soho. So when their new shop in Soho needed to look its best on opening day, BG Glazing Group were called in to provide glazed shop front windows, a frameless glass entrance screen and door, and clad the internal walls with white back painted safety glass.
MARKET ESTATE, ISLINGTON
HIGGINS
In addition to mirrors and fire-rated glazing at Market Estate, BG Glazing Group were called upon to construct frameless Winter Garden enclosures. Wrapping around two elevations, on the second, third and fourth floors, the Winter Garden was manufactured in 21.52mm toughened and laminated safety glass and incorporates a coloured Vanceva interlayer where the architects detail required the new building to mirror the colour palette of the neighbouring, existing buildings.
NOTTING HILL, LONDON
FRUITION PROPERTIES
The fruition properties are some of the most modern properties in the Notting Hill area and we were fortunate to work alongside our client to create their vision. During our time at the fruition property we surveyed, made and fitted the glass that they desired. We fitted 2 large glass fire rated screens, which brought light into the property as well as keeping the property fire rated. We also fitted 2 Lunax doors, which is the leading fireproof glass door at this time, the client chose to go for the EL30 models which are fireproof for 30 minutes. Overall the customer was very satisfied with their completed project.
